Project
Empowering European Youth: HubLab’s Erasmus+ Entrepreneurial Program
HubLab is an Erasmus+ funded initiative focused on empowering young individuals aged 16-24 with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the entrepreneurial world. Through immersive activities, mentorship, and hands-on learning, participants are guided to develop their own business ideas and explore the entrepreneurial landscape.
The project involves 6 European countries, creating a diverse and collaborative environment where young people can learn, grow, and innovate together.
Mission.
Our mission at HubLab is to combat youth unemployment by fostering an entrepreneurial spirit among young people. We aim to equip them with practical skills, such as business planning, market analysis, and financial literacy, while also encouraging creativity, teamwork, and resilience. By the end of the project, our participants will not only have developed viable business ideas but will also have gained the confidence and expertise to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in the future.
Vision
We envision a future where young people are empowered to take control of their professional destinies. HubLab strives to create a generation of informed, capable, and confident entrepreneurs who contribute to economic growth and innovation in their communities. Our long-term vision is to see the methodologies and success of HubLab replicated across Europe, creating a ripple effect of youth empowerment and entrepreneurial success.
Coordinator
Asociatia HESSA, based in Romania, is the coordinating organization for the HubLab project. Established with the aim of helping individuals discover their true vocation, HESSA is dedicated to providing guidance and support to young people as they navigate their career paths. Through its various initiatives, HESSA focuses on entrepreneurship, career development, and personal branding, helping youth to realize their full potential and achieve their professional goals.
