Workshop 4: PESTLE Analysis and Country Selection

  • In the afternoon, participants dove into a PESTLE Analysis (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental) to evaluate potential countries for launching their business ideas. Teams compared a minimum of three EU countries, examining factors such as economic stability, ease of doing business, and market potential to identify the most suitable location for their business. This session encouraged a deeper understanding of the external factors that influence business success. After completing their PESTLE analyses, teams selected their preferred country and began developing detailed strategies for launching their business in that region.

    • The day ended with a lively Greek Cultural Night. Participants were introduced to Greek history, traditions, and cuisine. The highlight was a series of traditional Greek dances, which everyone joined in with high spirits.
